Celtic Calendar Wisdom: Spring Equinox

An evening of meditation, reflection and healing based on this special time of year as we fully embrace spring.

At the Spring Equinox, all of nature is stirring. Buds are bursting on the trees, spring flowers are blooming and seeds are germinating. The equinox time lasts for 3 / 4 days either side of the equinox during which there is a pause, a stillness in the energy of the earth. Day equals night no matter what hemisphere you live in.

This wisdom of the celtic calendar teaches us that for us too it’s a time to pause, find balance and feel the stillness. It’s also a time to stop, assess and reflect on our progress so far. It’s a time of renewal and we reflect on questions such as:

• Who am I becoming?
• What I am awakening in myself?
• What do I wish to grow more of in my life? (What do I welcome in my life?)

During this evening you will be guided through meditations, healing and reflection to connect with all the themes of this date.

In doing so you get to connect with and work with nature, co-creating with her rhythms and cycles, for a life of flow, ease and creativity.
