It is amazing how even 15 minutes of mindfulness can make a change or impact on you. I will recommend to everybody. In more challenging moments it will make you flow easier with life. It came in the right moment for me, I was looking for some meditations that I could do it on my own.

Ellen I benefited very much (from the membership). It is helping me to keep mindful that the present moment is so important. Being aware that where I am and what I am doing is exactly what I should be doing. Tremendous!! I find the mantras also helps to bring me into the present moment. I really enjoyed all of it. I liked the mixture of weekly emails which I could look at in my own time, the morning sessions were extremely beneficial especially that they were at the start of the week. I really enjoyed the webinars as I felt it weaved everything together. Yes, I definitely benefited from the membership in so many ways and feel I am still benefiting now! Being able to go back over the tools and resources is such a bonus! I am also still really enjoying the recorded meditations and they really help guide my practice.

Being part of the membership during the last 6 or so months has acted as a reminder to embrace mindfulness on a daily basis even if you not have the opportunity to just sit and practice it can be done anywhere. I also really enjoyed the stories - I recall the story of the Golden Buddha often. I also love the fact that we have access to Ellen's practice when we need it.

The meditations and monthly summaries were great (I seemed to be behind every month - but I caught up during these sessions). Another thing was the sense of being connected to a different group.
