Celebrating Bealtaine

Connecting and working with the celtic wheel

It is a tremendous thing to be in harmony with the music of what happens.

John Moriarty

Bealtaine is a Celtic festival celebrated by our ancestors and it marks the beginning of summer. It is a celebration that the winter and spring are over, the days are getting longer and nature is busier than ever!

During this evening you will be guided through two healing meditations, a ceremony to honour this potent time of year, learn how Bealtaine shows up in your life and how you can harness its energy for guidance. You will also be held in a healing circle for the evening.
This time is also associated with the themes of summer – the returning light, fertility and abundance and its about the union of the inner male and female energies we all carry.
This is a recording of an evening of healing, meditation and connection to Bealtaine and all that it holds for you.
In it we discuss:
  • the themes and messages of Bealtaine
  • the celtic wheel and how Bealtaine fits into that
  • where in your life Bealtaine will show up
We then focus on the archteypes of the divine feminine and masculine, what they bring and there are meditations to connect with each one.
The final meditation brings them together and we close with sacred ceremony
What you will need:
  • A paper and pen
  • A jam jar filled with water

I have read, studied and practiced mindfulness for the past 15 years. During that time I have trained with some of the leading experts, gone on retreats all over the world and held some of my own.

I am passionate about mindfulness as I can honestly say that it has changed my life! I know that can sound very OTT at times and it wasn’t this sudden flash of light that came down and I was enlightened. Sitting lotus position, emanating love (wouldn’t that be wonderful!) No, it was over time and with patience and commitment I found that old behaviours that didn’t serve me well melted away, negative beliefs no longer held me captive and I wasn’t a victim of my emotions. Finally I could breathe and access a peace within I had never felt before and has stayed with me since.
