If you reflect for a moment on your relationship with yourself – is it healthy? Kind? Encouraging? Or is it a little harsher? Most people will say the latter, we tend to be hard on ourselves with pressure, expectations and especially mistakes.

As I’m sure you can imagine, it’s not an overnight process but the consistent practice of compassion will help you transform your relationship with yourself and from there everything in your life will change for the better. 

This practice is good for you if:

  • You give yourself a hard time
  • Repeat the past 
  • Self sabotage
  • Stay stuck
