7 Days of Mindfulness

Welcome to Day 4: Breathing & Anchor Points

 Today we do some breathing exercises to help promote a feeling of calm and grounding. I also talk about anchor points and how they can be used as an everyday tool for calm in moments of overwhelm.

This practice is good for you if you:

  • are living on high alert / panic / overwhelm and need some calm
  • want to create an everyday tool for access to the moment and a sense of peace.
